Property sold . In what proportion Aquisitioned cash to b shared .

Grand Father 's house. Not alive. Total 6 legal heirs. 3 legal heir alive . 3 legal heir not alive ( legal heirs of deceased heirs are 8 ) Aquisioned cash of the Property, how it should b shared. Kindly advice.

Assuming your religion is Hinduism and your grandfather's estate is intestate (ie. he has not left any Will), the proceeds have to be shared equally among all the six original legal heirs, alive and deceased. In the case of each deceased heir, their legal heirs shall have equal share in the 1/6th share allotted to their respective father/mother.
