18-May-2023 (In Property Law)
House is sold.my father who lives in faridabad given power of attorney to his elder brother to sell.it is sold for 1 crore but they did re go for 15lakh. They gave 5 lakh to us rest they they took our share but don't want to give us .what should we do we are Hindu .
first of all power of attorney is not a sell deed and i don't know when attorney sell property your father was alive or not . your father alive at the time of sell deed your father claim the actual amount of the sell deed from to seller or your not alive at the time of sell deed , the power attorney not wright to sell to property.
