If your father has executed any registered deed by fraud, coercion or misrepresentation, the he can cancel the same by filing a civil suit. Police complaint is necessary for such action and other factors has to be considered. if any person is threatening your mother to transfer her share, then she should file a suit and get an order of Injunction against those persons immediately.
