sir, i have sale my propery but i didnt receveiced amount as per the agreement. so shall i cancel this sales document, if yes within how much days i have to complaint back

What was the clause decided previously if the agreement is registered you will have to make a cancellation deed now and get that executed as you have received the amount as previously decided and executed into your contract of understanding

u can send legal notice to the buyer asking him to pay remaining or decided amount as per the agreement.
if he doesn't not response or refuse to pay then u can file civil suit under specific performance act.
