Property Sale Agreement expired

12-Apr-2025 (In Property Law)
I agreed to sell my property to a buyer relying on a bank loan, with payment and registry set for March 26, 2025. Due to delays on the buyer’s and bank's side, we updated the registry date to April 4, 2025. Today, April 12, 2025, the buyer hasn't paid. I now wish to cancel the deal and consider better offers. Property papers are crystal clear, no issues from my side. Can i legally do that?
