SIR/MADAM, (property rights transfer , settlement or gift or GPA) MY GRAND FATHER (MOTHER'S FATHER) EXPIRED IN THE YAER 1987 LEAVING BEHIND WIFE , 2 SONS & 2 DAUGHTERS. HE HOLDS A PROPERTY OF 600 SQ YARDS PLOT WITH OLD HOUSE . IN LATTER YEARS WIFE & ONE SON EXPIRED & EXPIRED SON WAS UNMARRIED/SINGLE . Now 2 daughters & son are existing . Existing son is also unmarried/SINGLE & 2 daughter are married leading their RESPECTIVE liVES. As on date son & daughter are settled in USA & NOT WILLING TO COME BACK TO INDIA. Other daughter is settled in INDIA. My query is how to transfer the property rights FATHER'S NAME TO to Indian RESIDENT daughter & make her to sell the property at her will & wish. What are the deeds to be prepared by Overseas son & daughter. Is there any possibility to transfer the property rights BY ALL EXISTING SON & DAUGHTERS to grand children either Nephew or niece? what could be the stamp duties & registration charges in the state of telangana?

In the given situation, you are required to register a relinquishment deed with all existing sons and daughters of the deceased,or you can transfer all your shares into her favour by a way gift deed.
