Property related to agricultural land issue and 7/12 extract rule

1.I have land in my native place some number of acres . but agent near by that wants to sale illegally absence of me i want to stop all there activity for some time how can i do that??is it possible to take stay order on that survey number ?? because i want to do some changes in my 7/12 extract until that i want to stop such kind of agents. so gimme legally advise..and suggest best lawyer in that case.
This is my response to you:
1. If there is a likelihood of the sale by the agent then file a suit and also an application for stay on further sale;
2. Also file for injunction;
3. Also rescind the contract with the agent;
4. Consult a local lawyer and start the litigation process.

yes , you can stop the such type of transaction in absence of you at your native place . untill u changed in the 7/12 extract . u filed a declaratory suit under o.39 rule 2 of c.p.c . as temporary injuction and thereafter permanent .
