Property registration from sister to another sister

Hello my parents bought two sites for me one for my sister one but they gifted both the site to me now 60% of site is on my name and another 40% on my sisters now I have built my house on same site how to transfer rest property on my name gift deed or sale deed

If it is a single property, that means the property is identified to be single in the revenue records with a single khata, but joint ownership of yourself and your sister, then your sister can 'release' her share of the property by executing a Relinquishment Deed in your favour.

If they are two separate properties with two khatas, then she can Gift her property to you by executing a Gift Deed in your favour and you can later get a single unified khata.
