Dear Sir/ Madam,
My Name Santanu Saha residence of Behala Kolkata , Indian, Hindu. Meself along with my widow mother staying at our ancestral property which is in the name of my grandmother. The property has not yet been converted at our present names.ow all the property papers lies with my uncle who has only one son. Neither he is transfering the property to my name nor he is giving us papers so that we can register the property to my name and live a descent life. The house was built in 1963 and now in a bad shape. Recently i filed a deed against him for not providing electricity to me for the last 20 years even though there was electric meter installed in the house from the beginning. Now with the help of Lawyers i am connected with electricity since March-2018. Also at present he is not staying at behala residence and i donot even know his contact number or address where he is presently staying. Please let me know how to get the property registered in my name.

As per the details provided by you my suggestions would be that as the property was in your grandmother's name and after her demise by the power of law you and your mother along with your uncle became the undivided owner in respect to the said property in equal share. So there is no need of getting the deed or anything else registered in your name because you and your mother are the owner in respect to the undivided share.
At best you can file a suit for partition for getting your and your mother's share partition, demarcated and separated from your uncle's share.
And as far as documents are concerned you can get the certified copies of registered documents from the concerned Registry Office.
