Can registeration may be done on 3 names ? Among 3 one is minor.

1. The property can be registered in the name of the minor;
2. The name can be registered depending, if there is natural guardian of the minor;
3. The natural guardian will be the person incharge of the minor's share;
4. When the child attains majority, he/she can claim it;
