Property records shows my father's name can I claim my share in it

In the year of 1958 my dad age was 5 year . Vilega kulkarni given 1 acrs of land to my dad directly like dhana (traditional gift) . Now my dad is no more.as well my uncle( my father younger brother ) also no more. Now his younger son and my unty demanding that have rights on this property (1 acrs).they are telling they will come the case agenest (1 acrs) . I found the from 1958 in the pahani my dad name is there.No were mentioned my grand father name as well my uncle name In the pahani.I am searching the how 1 acrs transfered to my dad name.No where finding the docs. now prOperty with mother

You can get a share in the property by filing a partition suit in the court. Your mother cannot hold on to the property as it does not solely belong to her. Once you file a partition suit, the property will be divided equally among all the legal heirs.
