Property Purchased on Wife Name

I purchased the property on wife name on by 1.10cr, 96lack from my personal a/c and balance from me and wife join a/c to builder. wife is housewife only. I paid house tax, society maint,repair payment from my income. I am having all bank transfer proof 2019 IT dep notice to wife, she declared that all paid from my husband, my name only used to purchase it. I have submitted Family Suit Decla Sec 7 how much time court is needed to settle which option she can use to hold to remain she is owner
