Property purchased in son's name can daughter's claim their share

if a boy whos age was 13 when his father died . His mother purchased a room at that time on his name means on his boy name and she also has 4 daughters . at present his age is around 37 . SO will he have to give his sisters also the part in his house which was purchased by his mother on his name

We need to check the papers in what process the property was bought in the name of the minor, any how after he turned major he becomes the owner of the property and it is his discreation to share the property with her sisters or not.
