property passetion after sale deed

i can sale my property 29 April 2019 and i mutual understand verbally to seller 6 month after passetion of property because of my wife 6 month pregnancy but last 2 days 21-06-2019 buyer presser for property passetion flat E 102 I can only sale deed sign not mention date in passetion given to buyer and not sign agreement of property and which action buyer given for me becauase i have not option because my wife says i can give passetion to buyer after pregency. what can i do for this issue.please advice me [email protected] (M) 95745 85413

As per my understanding you have verbally told the purchaser to hand over the possession after 6 month but the same was not in written and therefore, the purchaser is taking benefit of the same.

If you have already sold your flat through register Sale Deed then you can talk and convince the buyer to execute rent agreement and stay in the same house by paying rent.
