Property parers missing and not willing to give tax bills too

Hi, I am writing on behalf of my mother as she is the single daughter and the property she holds have 4 stakeholders. The brothers and 1 Uncle have the property paers and tax bill.They are not giving and behaving rudely on asking several times. How to get it??Please suggest.
When legal owner of a property is inappropriately dispossessed of his property, he has every right to recover possession of the said property in a lawful manner. A person may be in possession of the property, from which he has been displaced / dispossessed, in the capacity of legal owner of the property or having right to possession of the property. As a general rule suits relating to immovable property shall be filed in the Court within the local limits of whose territorial jurisdiction the property is situate, In other words, where the property in dispute is situated.
