Property loss due over bridge construction want compensation

In our area government accuir land for the construction of over bridge,3 notices issued. I'll lose my three shops hafely.I'm physically unfif more than 60% , request you how to go about it since we reside here for more than 20 years and how much will be compensate? If my shop lost I can't do any other jobs independently
Court do not entertain any sentimental issues including the reasons like physically handicapped etc.
The acquisition is in the nation's interest hence even supreme court has no power to interfere in it.
You might have been informed about the compensation for acquiring the land accordingly. If you feel that the compensation is very less, you my file for an enhancement of compensation with whatever genuine reasons you have in your side.
