Property Legal issue - Are Plots legal in greater noida, agriculture l

I want to know that the builder in Greater Noida is selling Agriculture Land (Plots) as aabadi land, getting registry done in Awasiya. Is the property legal. Can we buy the plots ?
The location is Knowledge Park, Dankaur, Sector 26 etc.

abaadi land is a land in the village with houses and structures. agricultural lands cannot be abaadi land. the supreme court has held there have been mistakes treating the abaadi land as agricultural land
