Property issues between two wifes

If the husband did settlement to his second wife, if his undiversed first legal wedded wife survive After his death is it possible to claim by his first wife

Depends on the nature of the property. If it is an ancestral property, first wife can proceed to claim. if it is a self acquired property of the husband, the settlement would be valid. Therefore the 1st wife or any other legal heir cannot claim a share in the property

If there is a settlement done in favour of the second wife, then that becomes null and void. The first wife would had not been divorced at the date of her husband's marriage with the second wife would have a primary right over the property and the settlement deed in favour of second wife would be declared illegal by the court.
