Property issue,Co-owned by my parents together,my mother wants to sell

24-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My father had two wife out of which the first wife has taken all the other property while divorcing. Now my mother has this house but we are afraid that the first wife girls can ask for their part. So now the issue is my father has abandoned us and we do not know about his whereabouts, so now we want to sell this place and the property is jointly owned by my mother and father. My father is around 70-75 years old and on his own will, abandoned us. At such case what can be done? How can we sell the house so that we shift somewhere else? I'm 25 and my mother is 50. I'm the only girl unmarried. Am I legally allowed to do so?

number of wives does not matter each CHILD is equal .if one wife has 5 and other has one this one is equal to others and gets only sixth part and not half as many misunderstand. But if you are saying that the other wife has taken her share and got divorced then they are having no right on the same

This is my response to you: 1. Your father continues to be the owner; 2. Issue a legal notice against him to his last known address; 3. If he does not come forward then, advertise in news papers; 4. If he does not come forward then file a suit for declaration; 5. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
