For a Hindu husband who has two wives, after the death of the husband, can both the wives give the property in his name to another person through separate wills on the same day? Will the will so altered be valid ..
A Hindu cannot legally have two wives living at the same time. If so, only the first one whom he legally married is entitled to a share in his estate. Please provide complete details for better advice.
