17-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather has 1 acre land and he has 2 sons and 2 daughters they all are well settled. My father is his 1st son my grandfather want to give that 1 acre land to us because my father expired and we have financial issues. But my my father's brother want the whole land for himself. If my grandfather register that land on my brother's name will there be any issue? If there is, can you tell any solution for it.

A will although registered can be challenged in the court of law. ... A new will made, even if unregistered, if valid, will trump the registered will. If there are any suspicious facts, the court will scrutinize the will even if it is registered.
