I live in a joint family where my grandfather ,badepapa and my dad are in the same business.my dad and badepapa is having dispute regarding property(house)which we are living in.The house is registered in the name of my badepapa in year 1975. in 1975 age of badepapa was 21,registry was not possible as grandfather was restricted by court to purchase a property due to some case and my dad was minor.today my badepapa is forcing us to leave the house and sending grandfather to oldage home. how can my grandfather retain property under his name and then divide the house into two equal halfs?
