sir/madam,

I order to include name of mother and her sister your have to approach concerned authroity and file an application and affidavit stating the legal heirs of the said property and after due notice and verification the name can be included in the propert or you can apporach civil court and get heirship certificate in their name and then you can initate action to take possession of property by following due process of law under Mah.rent control act 1999.

You have to get succession certificate from the court of law coming under the jurisdiction of the said property. It will take at least one year to complete the formality. There is no short cut unless it is mutually settled
