Property in grandfathers name cousin brother build shop there

If land is under my grand fathers name and years ago my granfather's cousin had built shops on that..both grandfather are no more...how the property will be divided

In case the property was a self-acquired property by your father then after his death the first rightful are the legal heirs of the father. i.e his wife and his children’s. In case the property is an ancestral property then the property will be dissolved according to the Hindu Succession Act.
