Property in dispute how can I purchase the flat

I want to purchase home of my friend. building which is 25 years old. This house is in name of my friend after his father death. Now problem is that his uncle is claiming right over the property. His uncle has proof as name of Ration card. So is his uncle right over the property is right ? if no then What i have do do next?
please take title search report of property for last 30 years by an expert lawyer.
Take the original sale deed of flat and read it carefully. If that document had no name of his uncle then he can't claim it.
