My property which we didn't pay tax for many years has been illegally occupied by others and got registered how to acquire back my property? Its a vacant land.
From how long your property had been illegally occupied by others. When it had come to your knowledge that it is illegally occupied? I think so far you had not taken any steps. You can file a suit for recovery of possession of your property. I think you have all documents of title with you. You can clear the taxes now.
