Property documents kept in bank locker damaged during Migjam Cyclone .

I have been kept all the original documents of my properties in as Locker of.a private sector bank at Chennai,for the past 10 years.During the Migjam Cyclone the rain water into the locker and damaged all my property documents which had became like paper pulp.I could have removed them had the bank informed in advance.The bank informed me after 3 days after draining the water from the locker room which at the basement .The bank is neither prepared to compensate me for the loss of documents nor
