Under Muslim Personal Law (Shariat), property is distributed according to fixed shares among heirs. Since you are from a Muslim family, and your parents have passed away, the inheritance will be divided among the children (1 brother and 2 sisters) as follows: Distribution as per Islamic Law: The male (brother) gets twice the share of a female (sister). So, the shares are: Brother: 2 shares Each Sister: 1 share Total Shares = 2 (brother) + 1 (sister) + 1 (sister) = 4 shares Division: Brother gets 2/4 = 50% Each sister gets 1/4 = 25% Brother: 50% of the property Each Sister: 25% of the property For example:If a deceased father is survived by his wife, one son, and three daughters, the property distribution would be:  Wife: 1/8th. Son: 2/3rd of the remaining property after the wife's share is taken out. Daughters: 1/3rd of the remaining property, divided equally among the three daughters.
