Hello,
This is for a Muslim family property dispute. Here is the situation:
My father has 3 kids: 1 boy and 2 girls. The property is not ancestral. It looks like my father has given all his property to his son without letting the daughters know. He is still alive. I am trying to see what are my options in the current situation. Can he give all his property to his son (and his kids) without approval of his daughters? How can I dispute it?
