Property Dispute with succesors

My Father and grand father purchased two different land with complete right from two different people who has only half right over the property, now the succesors are claiming the other half. How should we deal with this situation and what is the possible way to solve it with losing the property?

Minors cannot sell property or authorize sale through guardians without District Court’s permission. Legal remedy is for the mother to obtain court approval under Sec. 8 of Hindu Minority Act to sell minors’ share.
