Property dispute with co owner of 400 yds plot

Plot belonged to my sister who died intestate. We are two 2nd class heirs.my brother filed partition case stating that he owns 50% of property and took a stay order. On the next hearing we stated that I agree to 50% and submitted affidavit and asked to vacate the stay order but got another date. 1am 76 not in good health and would like to sell my share.pl advise the quickest way to get stay order vacated.

Partition suit won’t take time in getting decided. I am afraid, without knowing the exact contents of stay order and your submissions. Feel free to connect with us to discuss in details. Moreover, in my opinion, succession certificate was the right route instead of partition suit.
