Property dispute where my own brother and mothers wants me out

I am a separated women with two kids living in my father's house since 8 years . Recently my father passed away and my brother and mothers wants me to leave the house and they say I don't have right to stay here anymore . My father verbally said to many that he wanted me to stay in the house. He has not left any proper will for his assets,. What are my rights and can my brother throw me out of house.
you can file a suit for injunction it is of two types temporary and permanent injunction your mother and brother want you out of the house your father died intestate without making a will is your property ancestral
