Property Dispute on Sale of House

I am living in my mothers house since 2010. My mother passed away this year. My sister is a US Citizen. My Mothers will states house to be divided 50% among sister and me.
Sister forcing me to sell within 6 months at any cost as she is just concerned with her 50%. I told her i need atleast 1.5 years to get a good rate and i also need to find a house to shift with my family.
She and my aunty are threatening me and my wife that they will throw us out when they come to Mumbai in December 2019.
What option do i have. I have wats app messages ( 10 pages) of the aunty, who happens to be the executor in the will abusing me and my wife.

2. Atleast you will get the ownership rights on the property;
3. If they forecfully sell it then you can obtain a stay order;
