Property dispute. My father's uncle has died without leaving a will. N

My grandfather has 5 children, 3 boys and 2 girls. His brother, my grandfather's brother, was also married but had no children. Unfortunately, he passed away without leaving a will. My religion is Islam.
there are two laws sunni and Shia law the property will devolve accordingly when a Muslim dies without leaving a will it is intestate succession herein there's no concept of joint property property can be devolved only after payment of funeral expenses and debts
