Property Dispute issue wife and me

I have filed a civil suit against my wife about one property that I purchased, and all payments were made by me but registered in name.
I had made a mistake during file submission, I requested court to include my name also means 50-50%, I suppose to mention to declare single owner to me since she is housewife and I paid all, I have submitted all the evidence also.
since above case is in summon stage now, she not yet appear in court since case was file 4 month ago.
Pls advise to modify statet
Simply withdraw the suit with the liberty to file afresh. Immediate filing of motion to conduct a preliminary hearing on urgent basis, for the part of stopping of summons for service, followed by a withdrawal purshish declaration. Then retouch and ratify, before you file afresh. Simply done without harm. I hope amd assume that the limitation hasn't expired yet. In case it already did, then consult with full details for further discussion and guidance, if any.
