Property dispute between brothers over a joint property

My father and his brother bought a land in Patna..40yrs back..My father lived here and build a house and we lived happily..But now my uncle's son says to this is his land and we should leave it immediately..We offered them money but they are greedy and want more..U know at this point we can't buy a new home..Because it's to expensive.all bills like electricity,water,house tax are being given by my dad only..And now suddenly they want us to leave..What should I do.. Because my father is already 74 yrs and of bad health..Hindu religion
Who is the owner of the property on paper. And bills and tax are being paid by you but on land recipt and other bills is in your father's name or not.
If property and tax recipt on your father's name then no need just stay in the house easily if not then file Title partition suit in civil court.
