Property dispute among siblings

Respected Sir,
I have one elder Sister, one elder brother. Both my Parents are alive. My sister was elder to all of us and she got married in November-1983. My Parents has house and commercial land. Both these properties are in some dispute (the land of the properties belongs to endowments department). These two properties are registered on my Dad's name. If my Dad wish to give these properties either to me or to my Brother, after my dad's dismissal can my sister object that she had share.
