Property dispute among brother even parents are alive

Good After noon. I want to confirm me that if my parent are alive and they wasnot be able to do partition of property and my brother does not want to give the remaining part and want to sell property. Please assist me how to stop him and want stay on this property under suit of partition
No your brother can not sell away the ancestral or self acquired property of your father without his consent or in the case of ancestral property, without the consent of all the other coparceners. If your parents are not able to do partition then you can file partition suit in jurisdictional civil court.
