Property dispute acquired by elder brother

I acquired property solely through my earnings while supporting my family in a joint setup. Initially my intention was to share it with my brothers based on their needs. However, post their marriages, they have changed and are not supporting our parents' medical and other essential needs. Now, our parents also wish to exclude them from ancestral property. Can my younger brother legally claim a share in the property I acquired independently during our joint family period?
if you have self acquired property your brothers however changed and now the parents wish to exclude the brothers from there share the rules for ancestral property and self acquired property are different and you acquired it independently a partition suit has to be filed
