Purchased an ground floor of an two storied building, from an owner of ground floor, now while doing registration the adv made an measurement mistake from his end and hence the owner of the second storied had cited an suit file
First of all you need to execute a declaration deed and get it registered from the concerned registration office where the previous deed was registered. Then the same has to be presented before the learned court for dismissal of the suit.
