property declared as park not able to use it

We own 2 plots of land. One plot of 8 acres has been completely declared as parks and gardens and another plot of 8 acres has partly(4 acres) been declares as parks and gardens. We had filed an objection but it was rejected. Now we are not able to use that land for any purposes as we had intended. Please can you tell us how to proceed, we are at a heavy loss here.
You will have provide proper documents supporting your claim. Then you need to file a declaration suit claiming your possession/ownership on the property.
