Property claim issue by cousin when registered in joint name

i have a house which is registered in name of me and my cousin. Although I have paid the money for his part in house but did not get it registered 25 years ago. I am only one paying house tax,electricity bill, water tax etc for whole house. Now he is asking for the half of house. What shoud i do now?????plz help
As the house is registered in name of you and your cousin . It does not matter whether you are paying house tax or your brother but the registered house is in the name of both. What you can do is to file for partition of suit and get your exclusive right on the property.
