Property A,B,C are brothers D,E,F sisters . Person A married and self
21-Sep-2024 (In Property Law)
A,B,C are brothers D,E,F sisters . Person A married and self aquired property there is no children. After person A death his wife some property sold to X some property given gift deed Y. person C created unregistered will 50% of land filed case in court. The created will was certified in forensic laboratory that is forged signature. Now person A wife died written a registered will before death. Person C asking having right all family members A,B,C,D,E and F which is kept property her self .
Confusing but I think the property will devolve as per the will of wife of A. The self acquired property becomes absolute property of the individual and after his death, devolves on his wife, who has executed a will before her death and therefore that will is the last and final document for administration of A’s property.
