Project amenities in sale agreement

Should project amenities like gym swimming pool etc be mentioned in sale agreement by developer for under construction property??

Dear Client, If the developer has promised you certain common amenities like swimming pool or gym it should be included in the sale agreement or atleast the sales brochure should mention them. Mere oral promise on part of the developer on providing such amenities will hold no good. kindly ensure whatever he has promised is in writing.

This is my response to you:
1. No they need not be necessarily mentioned in the agreement;
2. You must check if the prospectus promise the same?
3. If the builder has orally promised you or the same is mentioned in prospectus then you can request him to add the same;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
