Process to file Permanent Injection over deceased father's property

Sir, my father died 2 year before.at that time no will made on his property..and also my father have 2 wife.total 9 children including me ..but second wife married in 1988&till don't have marriage certificate .so how property get divided??
If your father died without making a will then his first wife and all the children from first and second marriage will succeed to his properties in equal proportion or as per the HIndu Succession Act. in case he has left behind a will then the property would be as per his will. the 2nd wife would have no right as the marriage is void.
