Dear Client, you have any time of applied for probate certificate in the near court, and will was registered so is not possible to challenged but un-registered will is challenged by other legal heirs. but you can fite and applied to probet certificate.

Nobody can say about time limit for getting probate certificate and it's depend upon cases.
Once probate certificate is granted by competent court then person has to file a cancellation of probate certificate.
