Procedure to speed up trial of property matter pending in court.

Hi Sir, my property case is pending in Court for a long time. Somebody suggested me to talk to sub division Magistrate to speed up the process. Please advise.
Sir What is your matter?? What case is pending? Releted to property???
Is it partition suit or something else???
And for how many days your case is pending???
Whom did file the case?
It is my suggestion to you who ever suggested you to talk with magistrate is not proper way. You can file an application to district court to speed up your matter but for that your matter must be 10-15 years old.

What is your age and what is issue in case is very imp.
If y hv senior citizen and y are party of suit then y can apply for speedy trial.
