Procedure to sell flats owned but not registered

property in thane district,badlapur muncipal concil limit,badlapur. i owned two plots ,gave them for development to a developer.developer has sold his share,i cannot sell my share as that is not registered on my name. as developer has sold his share without regisering flats on his name ,can i sell the flats without registereing with sub registrar.development agreement is only notorised.

No you cannot sell the property as it has not been registered in your name it is important to note that you are not the owner of the property and you have no right until you get the registration done in your name. once the property is registered you do not have the authority to sell it.
