Procedure to remove name of co-owner from property if loan if avalied

Hi, me and my wife brought a house jointly in Hyderabad and availed loan jointly. Now, we are finding some differences and decided to remove my name from the property and to make complete ownership to my wife as well as transfer loan to my wife's name. Please let me know the step-by-step procedure . Appreciate your help and quick response.

you can execute a gift in favour of your wife with low stam duty and then register a gift deed in favour of your wife and the title would transfer in your wife name and you can also change the mortgage deed in your wife by executing seperate documents
