Hello, I want to gift my flat to my father in Pimpri Chinchwad whose market value is 2900000/- What will be the procedure?
You have to make an registered agreement before the registerar as gift deed. It should be registered agreement between you and your father. But we can reduce the price on paper so that stamp duty will reduce
